presence – a poetic inquiry
he may call this techno-poetry
a blend of technology and creativity that blurs
the boundaries between the humanities and the sciences
an engine that drives social change
you may say these are just objects
no more
a ball is just a ball not a presence
even when hugging is required although you like the feeling of hugging
although you like seeing your hug spread out
a negative splashed against a museum wall
fading
you still dislike the narrative – I know
I tell you to watch the floor
sure these are just objects
and sure these are just words
but if sensitivity is poetry in any way
these must be words that glow in the dark
